We're in the good hands of Nick Boujalis, owner/operator at Boone's Long Lake Inn, and Russell Springsteen, owner and brewer at Right Brain Brewery. You know it's going to be special!
Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. at Boone's, 7208 Secor Road, with Boone's Cream Ale and an Assorted Cheese and Charcuterie Spread.
Dinner seating is at 6:20 p.m.
The appetizer course will feature Flash-Fried Calamari with Spicy-Sweet Chili Pepper Dip, paired with Right Brain's Lustrous Lemon Ale.
The soup course is Cream of Portabella Mushroom Soup paired with Concrete Dinosaur Brown Rye IPA.
Next you'll enjoy Whole Baby Romaine Caesar Salad with Right Brain's Dead Kettle.
The main course is Boone's special Braised Lamb Shank with a Beer Reduction Demi Glaze, along with a side of Seasoned Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey Bacon Bits and a Balsamic Reduction. The main course is paired with Right Brain's Naughty Girl Mint Stout.
Dessert is Flourless Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Cocoa Dusting and Peanut Butter CEO.
